Store information

Every object offered by Blidesign is made by hand. I produce my work at a local Ceramic Studio in Orange County, CA. All the pieces available in the online store are pieces already created. I will update the store approximately every 2-3 months.
Each piece shows the mark of the handwork and they are expected to have subtle variations of color, form, and texture. So two similar pieces will not be identical. I use lead-free glazes in all my ceramics. I recommend treating these pieces gently and hand washing is recommended. 

Shipping

As I'm working most of the time with the clay and also you can find me with graphic design projects, my days can become a bit busy. I will do my best to ship your order within 3-5 working days. I ship via USPS priority with tracking information. If you live outside USA please contact me via email and I will do my best to ship your piece.

Packaging/Returns

Your order will be carefully packaged. I dedicate precious time to produce and I take care at each step of the ceramic process, from the creation to the shipping stage. Please, note I do not offer refunds, nor do I cancel orders once
they’ve been placed. If the piece was broken during the shipping, please send me an email within 24 hrs including a picture and return the piece to this mail address: 1001 W 17th St unit N, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. I will be happy to produce
a new one for you.
